Customer Service, Shipping, and Payment

Satisfaction is guaranteed! Our goal is to please you, the customer. If anything is damaged upon arrival, or is not up to your standards, simply return the item(s) for replacement or refund.

Shipping: All items are shipped through the US Postal Service (either Parcel Post or Priority).

Please Note: Floor Cushions are bulky and we must charge more to ship them as they need to ship in a bigger box ($14.95 for Priority or $6.95 for Parcel Post).

Local pick-up is also available (FREE) within 25 miles of the 12020 zip code. Just call or email us and we'll arrange to meet you!

Payment: Payment is expected at the time of the order unless other arrangements have been made. We currently only accept payment via PayPal (beehive@me.com).
